I was fortunate enough to spend some time with the Tyrrell Formula One team and was memorably present when Jackie Stewart won his first championship at Monza in '69. 

 

I started selling new cars at the Earls Court Motor Show in 1969 and these are the classics we now all love to drive and collect today. This grounding gave me an insight as to how a classic car should be in terms of specification and originality when presented in today's market. 

I am based in the West Country in Devon and have over 40 years experience in the motor trade. I started with a well known Surrey dealership selling Rover Triumph Jaguar and Rootes products and I continue to source vehicles for this same family firm today among my other clients. 

My experience in top British marques from the 1960's onwards is comprehensive and I spent time selling cars in Australia and the USA and also owned a specialist Landrover business in Middlesex. 

 

After meeting my wife in London, we returned home to Devon where we have been running a successful Boutique Bed and Breakfast alongside my car business. You may have spotted us on Channel Four's 4 In a Bed Competition which we were lucky enough to win and which is repeated approximately every 3/4 months.
